A few years ago, I had a chin consultation with the lead director. He listened well, and I remember the consultation being fairly ordinary. I had been debating it a lot because I'd heard the doctors here were good at surgery. While I was waiting in the CT room, I saw all kinds of things scattered around messily, and staff walking around with toothbrushes because they were about to brush their teeth, and through a gap in an open door somewhere, the smell of stew drifted out, so I remember thinking I couldn't have surgery here and went home I’m the kind of person who thinks even this is related to hospital hygiene. It seems like the hospital has grown enormously over the past few years, so maybe it's not like that now?
