I had a lateral canthoplasty 10 years ago. It was so long ago that I don't really remember well, but the surgery turned out well and I've been satisfied with it. I asked them to make it look natural, so it doesn't show at all and my eyes got bigger. My friend also had it done here, but in her case the red tissue at the outer corner of her eye showed, so she had revision surgery somewhere else.
