I had surgery in 2018 under the name of a 7 mm lower canthoplasty. I ended up with the classic side effect of lower canthoplasty, a D-shaped scar. I think "spreading apart" is a more accurate way to put it. The degree is different on each side, and the eye irritation is, well... compared to the D-shaped scar, I think it’s almost cute. Anyone can tell I had lower canthoplasty, and if I go to another plastic surgery clinic, people can tell at a glance and even say, "You had it done at Giraffe, right?"
