The desk staff looked bothered, but the consultation director was kind and nice. But the wait was insanely long, lol, I think I waited about 3 hours? It got so bad that I ended up waiting in an empty consultation room and mentioned it several times. And what made me even angrier was that after waiting that long, the consultation with the doctor ended in under 3 minutes. I didn’t really get any useful information either.. It just felt like a complete waste of time. So that’s what a big clinic is like, I guess. It’s packed with people.
