Since it was my first hospital tour after deciding on revision surgery, I had no real comparison at the time, but looking back now, I remember it as being fairly decent and unremarkable. The doctor looked a bit tired, and did not seem especially unfriendly, but was somewhat firm and confident, and said very clearly that autologous costal cartilage absolutely had to be used. He seemed experienced, and since he only does nose surgery, I felt a bit more trust in him The consultation manager was really not dirty at all, said only the necessary things, and was calm and good at answering questions, and would make the needed points clearly, which I liked The hospital seemed to use one floor, but it is a little disappointing that there is no men's restroom on that floor
