At my first double-eyelid surgery, the line was made quite high, and because the fat between my eyebrows and eyes was quite thick, I personally felt my eyes looked cramped and I had ptosis, so I went for a consultation to remove eye fat. After looking at my eyes and hearing that I had had double-eyelid surgery before, they said it was highly likely that the orbital fat had already been removed during the first surgery. They said the remaining fat now seems like loop fat, so rather than removing fat, it would probably be better to lower the double-eyelid line and do ptosis correction. I also said I wanted to do inner corner canthoplasty at the same time, and got a quote for both. It's a single-surgeon clinic, so I trust it, and the reviews seem decent, so I'm currently thinking it over.
