I had my first nose surgery with silicone, and six years later I had a revision. In bright places, the implant line showed through. My nostrils also sagged downward, so from the front you could see all my nostrils, and the place that did my first surgery just said time would pass and it would all be like that People said you cannot just go anywhere for revision surgery, so I went around and had consultations at five different places.. The thing I was most worried about up until the day before surgery was the rib surgery.. But once I actually did it, it felt manageable?? It has been 3.5 months since surgery now, and I like the bridge line, the tip is round and slightly upturned, so it is actually pretty decent.. My nostrils that had sagged have lifted naturally, so the nostrils are not visible anymore, which is perfect..
