I only went for a consultation, but the director himself seems really good at spotting problem areas!!! He was kind during the consultation, and the consultation manager also gave a lot of realistic advice, so the consultation itself was good!!!!!!!!! I haven't had surgery, but the consultation itself felt very trustworthy.
