At least for the consultation, it seems like they follow the rules very strictly. Most of the surgery details are discussed with the doctor, and with the manager, it is strictly only about the cost side. And for the surgery, the shape came out well... but there is a slight scar at the inner corner of my eye. The good thing is that they said they will do a touch-up at no cost.
