I consulted with the doctor first, then the head coordinator. I wanted to have surgery here because there were many success stories around me after getting surgery here, but since it was peak season, it was very hard to get a schedule. They were very good about respecting the patient's opinions as much as possible, and I was really happy that the doctor spent a long, thorough time consulting with me. It seems they don't do much promotion;; it was hard to find reviews on my own, but I came to trust their skill! Everyone was kind!
