I went for a consultation because I wanted a secondary canthoplasty. They didn't say my eyes couldn't be widened at the outer corners, but they also didn't say the effect would be amazing. They showed me a lot of before-and-after photos, and said eyes that are blocked a lot in the outer corner tend to get good results, but the review photos were all of people whose outer corners were much more blocked than mine. My eyes aren't blocked that much like in the photos, so... I felt they were being honest.
