I had this done when the initial lateral canthoplasty came out. Since there wasn't a big change in appearance, I ended up getting surgery two or three more times at another clinic. I think the degree to which the eyes widen varies from person to person, so that was probably why. It's not that there was no change at all, but the change was so subtle that only I could tell, which was disappointing.
