I went for my first rhinoplasty consultation, heard that when you smile your nose spreads and that they would cut the surrounding muscles, and then I just left... Thinking about it now, it feels like it was the right choice. The staff were overall kind. They had a CT scan, so it seemed professional, but... I didn’t go because they said they would cut the muscles.
