I think I liked that the director was kind. There was a bit of waiting time, but my consultation time was also sufficiently long, so that somehow made sense haha. The cost was a bit high, but it really varies a lot depending on the case. I guess my nose was a bit difficult... Overall, I liked that the explanations were kind and detailed.
