Day 16 After Arm Liposuction

Before before before / after <day 4 (the day the swelling went down the most and I liked the line the best)> / after <day 8 (the back line seemed more cleaned up than the front and side views)> / after <day 9 (the line definitely became plump again)> Today is day 16 since I had liposuction on my arms + armpits + accessory breast area + bra line, and I don’t know if it’s because of the hard lumps, but it’s extremely hard, I have sensory changes, and the tight pulling is so severe I still can’t raise my arms all the way up or tie my hair. I got my stitches removed yesterday, but they literally just popped out the stitches, scheduled a radiofrequency treatment, and told me to just go(?) I didn’t even hear how much volume was removed, and when I asked if I was leaving without even seeing the consultant, they said they’d call the consultant for me and told me to wait... They said 3200 cc was removed!! That’s a lot for arms, right?? On the first day after surgery, I came home and measured the circumference, and it was 33 cm -> 27 cm, so I was so happy, but now because of the swelling and hard lumps, I feel like the line is less pretty than at the beginning I live far away, so I think I’ll only be able to go for radiofrequency once. How should I manage it on my own... Just walking won’t be enough, right.?.?
