The director was extremely kind and thorough, and looked after me well. He even looked deep inside my nose with an endoscope?? or something like that and explained well what condition my nose was in. I felt like he was good at creating a glamorous line, and that he would take good care of me even after surgery. Overall, it was a place I was satisfied with.
