I had only nasal tip surgery with ear cartilage when I was 20, and about three and a half years have passed. Sometimes when I yawn or laugh, I hear cracking sounds from my nose And sometimes when I sleep, one side of my nose gets blocked, and when I look inside my nose, the inner nasal tissue on the left side?? I guess that's what I should call it, is slightly protruding. But it doesn't hurt or make daily life uncomfortable.. And it doesn't show at all, to the point that no one knows I had nose surgery. When I go back to Korea soon, I want to get rhinoplasty with diced costal cartilage. Has anyone had the nasal bridge and nasal tip done with diced costal cartilage?(For reference, getting silicone feels a bit burdensome to me..)
