I have a contracted nose, so I’m planning to remove the silicone and have surgery using only autologous cartilage. I’m thinking about autologous costal cartilage, but I heard it’s better not to use it for the nasal bridge, so to be safe I’m only going to do the nasal tip.. I’m also wondering if the nasal bridge might look uneven if I remove the silicone and only do the tip, and I’m worried about a step-off at the junction between the nasal bridge and tip. Could that vary depending on the doctor’s hand skills too;; I’m looking at clinics like Rococo, Last, Coshop, OM, and so on!!
