This would be my third rhinoplasty, but I only had silicone put in, without using ear cartilage. I went to around ten consultations, and until now they all said I needed to use costal cartilage. But at the last hospital I consulted, they said it could be done with just septal cartilage and ear cartilage without going as far as costal cartilage, on the condition that if the septal cartilage is insufficient once they open it up, they would use donated costal cartilage. But I keep thinking that if I want it to be sturdy, wouldn’t it be better to do it with costal cartilage? It’s a hospital that does natural-looking results. Their postoperative care is good too, and it feels like a very humane hospital, so I’m drawn to it. But then I’m also worried that because it’s too natural, even though it’s my third surgery, it might not show at all Can I get rhinoplasty within this year?
