About 20 years ago, when I was younger, I had rhinoplasty using L-shaped silicone, and this time I wanted to have it done again, so I visited the clinic. I wanted to remove the silicone, replace it with different silicone, and, while I was at it, make it look much more natural. My nose is slightly crooked, so I had a lot of worries before surgery, but I think it turned out so well that those worries feel unnecessary. During the consultation, I said I wanted the textbook version of a refined-natural line: not too flashy, but not too plain either. I wondered if that might be difficult, but once the splint came off, I was relieved because it seemed to have come out in the direction I wanted. Both the director and the consultant had nice personalities, and the consultation was generally smooth without anything particularly unusual. I think it came out well in the line I wanted. In particular, the side profile when viewed diagonally seems to have improved the most. Originally, when I took photos from a side angle, my nostrils showed too much, and there was an optical illusion that made my nose look short, which stressed me out. But after the surgery, it looks fine even when photos are taken from a 45-degree angle. It seems like a successful revision surgery, to the point that people around me ask at least once where I got my nose done. Since I was doing it again after 20 years, I had a lot of worries even right before the surgery, but the result came out so well that those worries feel embarrassing now. I’m so satisfied with the result that I’ve been recommending Dr. Cha Myung-gyu and the clinic a lot to people I know.
