Among my facial features, I hated my nose the most because of my crooked nose and hump, and more than anything, my nasal congestion was so severe that I couldn’t function in daily life at all without rhinitis spray. I wanted to improve the functional issues and also change the shape, so while I was looking for a hospital, I chose GNG because there were so many highly satisfying reviews in this field. After the examination, they said my deviated septum was severe, so there wasn’t enough septal cartilage to use for the nasal tip, and it also lacked strength. Since I wanted to do it sturdily without worrying about revision surgery, I decided after the consultation to use autologous costal cartilage. I also trusted the fact that they would shape the bridge line with a customized implant suited to my nose condition. In terms of aesthetics, my long nose and hump were smoothed out, so my overall impression looks much cleaner, which I really like. And because I also had rhinitis surgery and correction of the deviated septum, breathing is more comfortable than before. Now I go around without rhinitis spray in my bag. Also, the functional improvements were eligible for reimbursement through indemnity insurance, so that reduced the burden a bit. Maybe because autologous costal cartilage was used, the nasal tip support definitely feels firm, and I’m very satisfied because I don’t have to worry about it drooping! Honestly, with male nose surgery, I was worried until the very last moment on the day of surgery that it might look artificial, but since I had it done at a place that does it properly, I have no regrets. I’m relieved that the results came out well for the amount I invested. I hope this helps men who are considering it. Thank you.
