Does anyone here know where there is one??? I’m desperate, please let me know…. A step-off has formed because of scar tissue at the nasal tip and columella It seems like my original clinic won’t do it. I guess if side effects occur from a triamcinolone injection in the nasal columella, the risk is high. But there’s a really noticeable step-off, and revision surgery has to be after 6 months, but I’m only at 2 months now
