Because of my long face, I had chin-tip and square jaw surgery. Everyone who sees me says my face got slimmer and that I lost weight. But... they said my front chin length would be reduced by about 5 mm, but (I went to another hospital for a two-jaw surgery consultation) the doctor at the other hospital said it was reduced by about 2 mm lol Overall, I did get prettier, but I should've done two-jaw surgery earlier...
