I went after seeing it on YouTube, and it took a month to get an appointment, but the consultation ended in 5 minutes Casual speech by default, and it felt like they didn’t see patients as people I didn’t care about that, so I had surgery based only on the fact that it was a one-doctor clinic, word of mouth, and expertise The surgery went well. (Currently about 1 month + 2 weeks post-op) But because of the forehead Botox given after surgery, I developed ptosis, so for almost a month I couldn’t open my eyes properly During that time, my daily life was completely affected, and it was mentally hard I spent a month mentally breaking down, thinking all kinds of things: whether the surgery had gone wrong, whether it was really swelling, whether it was a Botox side effect, whether it might be a surgical complication, or whether they had touched a muscle during surgery When I told the hospital, they said the director had seen the photos and that my eyes originally had ptosis, and that ptosis can appear after a forehead lift, basically making it sound like my fault;; They saw my eyes and my whole face before surgery, so if they’re now saying my eyes were like that, why would I have had a forehead lift? The doctor should have looked and judged And it is a forehead Botox side effect, right?;; There was no real post-op care either, and I didn’t even expect them to say something like sorry that my eyes ended up like this, but I’m just never going back, and I’ll tell people around me never to go there either I hated even looking at the hospital, so I didn’t go to the appointment they scheduled for a month later, and usually if you don’t come in they call asking why you didn’t come, but they didn’t even call I can’t forget the way the staff looked at me when I went to the hospital with my eyes half closed My pupils were shaking, and anyone could see it was a side effect, but they just acted like nothing was wrong and were indifferent. The hospital service was seriously bad.
