I'm planning to get revision double eyelid surgery, and when I look at eye-specialty clinics, I see quite a few private clinics that don't have an anesthesiologist. I'm usually very scared, and since I'm planning incisional ptosis correction too, the surgery time seems like it will be long, so I definitely want sedation anesthesia that lets me sleep at the beginning. In that case, should I rule out hospitals that don't have an anesthesiologist??
