Everyone, when removing it, they suture the columella again, right.. while doing that, can the columella be sutured a bit high? In my original nose, the nostril wing-columella-nostril wing line had a lower columella, but in my removal nose, they’re in a straight line? It still feels like the columella is fixed, but when that loosens, will it come back down to how it was originally? Or was it sutured and the philtrum got pulled upward??
