Before I knew it, it has already been one month since I had breast surgery at DT Hospital with Motiva implants (left 340 cc, right 320 cc), placed subfascially through an inframammary incision...! Now my physical condition has completely improved to the point where I can go about daily life and do light exercise! As time has passed, the tight swelling in my breasts has gone down, and the tissue is gradually becoming softer, so my satisfaction keeps increasing day by day haha. I think it may be because for a few weeks after surgery, the hospital diligently provided aftercare, including laser treatments and some kind of high-oxygen machine? Since I went in for things like that too, even though it is only one month, it already does not look like I had surgery and just looks completely like natural breasts hahaha. I still wear a compression bra at night when I sleep, but I can also lie on my side or lie face down as long as it is not excessive!! Also, every day I consistently apply bandages for scar care and take vitamin E and amino acids for faster recovery. Putting on the scar tape, taking it off, washing, and drying it every time is a bit annoying, but whenever I look in the mirror and see how my body line has changed, I am admiring it, so honestly I do not really have any complaints lol. These days, I feel happy every time I look in the mirror.. haha. If you are considering surgery...!! Stop worrying and hurry up and get beautiful breasts, and give yourself the gift of a new life~!!
