I had rhinitis and a deviated septum, so I also had functional nasal surgery at the same time. I didn’t want to use silicone, so I didn’t have any inserted and only had my nasal tip operated on. It was done only with ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage. When I had my consultation at the plastic surgery clinic, the director said he could reduce the nose overall and make the nasolabial angle pretty, so I trusted him and had the surgery. After the surgery, I really love the nasolabial angle. Before, my nasal tip drooped, but now the angle came out just right and pretty. The overall nose line also became prettier, and because my nose looks smaller, it balances well with my face. My side profile has really changed. Before, my nose made my impression look heavy, but now it has improved. I only had my nasal tip operated on, but the overall impression of my nose changed. My rhinitis and deviated septum were also treated together, so breathing has become more comfortable.
