I had always been self-conscious about my bulbous nose since I was young, but I never had the courage to do anything about it. Then one day I suddenly felt like I wanted to get it done, so I worked hard visiting different clinics for consultations and ended up having nose surgery with Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery Clinic. I liked that it was run by a single director, so it did not feel like a factory-style clinic, and the consultation manager and staff were all kind. During the consultation with the director, he analyzed my CT scan and explained everything in detail. After looking at many reviews, I felt that the director’s aesthetic sense matched the look I wanted, so I decided to proceed here. For the nasal materials, septal cartilage + ear cartilage were used, and customized silicone was used for the nasal bridge. I also had alar reduction done together~ I had heard that correcting a bulbous nose is difficult, but the director did it very naturally! Since it was my first nose surgery, I had a lot of worries, but even after the surgery, they kept checking my progress, and I liked that the aftercare was well managed. Most of the major swelling had gone down by the time the splint was removed, about one week later. People around me said the surgery turned out well and that my impression looks more refined, so I’m satisfied too haha
