Nose Surgery Reviews

Nose Surgery Diary (Day of Surgery ~ Until Now)

The left is before and the right is after Why are there so few places that make the front view look good....... I seriously went around to so many clinics

1. Day of surgery My nose was totally swollen like a bulb,, my nostrils and columella were lifted so much that I was full of doubt, wondering if the surgery had really gone well My nose was blocked, so I couldn’t sit, lie down, or sleep, and my whole body hurt..

2. The day the splint came off At least I could breathe, so it was better than the day of surgery Still felt like dying. My head felt so heavy, and I never wanted to get nose surgery again But meanwhile, the swelling had gone down a little, so the line started to show

3. One month The bruising and major swelling were gradually going down, and I’m not sure if I got used to the pain or if it just didn’t hurt anymore, but it became bearable The glabella was swollen so I couldn’t really tell, and the nasal tip subtly remained like the edited reference image I saw during the consultation The columella came down a lot, and the nasal tip also came down a lot. My appetite came back like crazy, so I started eating whatever was in front of me

4. Now At first, when I looked from the front and side, my nose looked so upturned that my philtrum looked soooo long I looked worse than a monkey;; so I kept pestering the director and consultant, asking if something had gone wrong, whining all day long, but as time passed, the shape definitely got much better But the nasal tip is extremely hard, so I’m still getting used to it,, they say it’s normal for it to be this hard and that it means it’s well fixed, but I think I’ll need to watch it a bit more I had such a hard time going around consultations looking for a place good at front views, but the front view is definitely okay. I don’t know if my nose was a difficult case or if getting the front view right is difficult.. When I was going around, everyone only focused on the side view, and even during consultations they just kept talking about the side view This is TMI, but the director who did mine seemed pretty knowledgeable about autologous costal cartilage(?) During the consultation, he explained it super professionally, but I got a blood sugar crash and almost dozed off for a moment,, sorry. It was very informative^_^..
