5 Months After Double-Line Lowering

It’s been half a year since I had surgery with Director Shin at Siseon Plastic Surgery Clinic. I had ptosis correction before, but my hollow-looking eyes stayed the same, so it was stressful, and I felt like there was no effect. It also felt like my double eyelids became even more emphasized? I lowered the line with double-line lowering and also had upper epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction. The line got lower, but much more of my pupils show, so my eyes actually look bigger, and the sleepy-looking appearance improved too, so I’m satisfied. During the consultation, the director said he would open the upper inner corner at a 45-degree angle to make the inner corner rounded, and since I had the upper epicanthoplasty too, I think the surgery turned out cleanly. Before surgery, I contacted them in advance saying I wanted another consultation, and they said it was possible right away. I had one more consultation before surgery and talked about the line position. For the scarring from double-line lowering, he showed me photos of other cases with the eyes closed and explained the recovery process. He also talked while taking my skin characteristics into consideration. He told me my recovery was on the faster side. Still, if I flip the line up and look in the mirror, there is a scar, but it’s about the same as a typical incisional scar. Also, the wait times were long on the consultation day, surgery day, and follow-up day, so keep that in mind.
