I had revision eye surgery because I didn’t like my double-eyelid line. Overall, my eyes looked a bit stuffy, so that kept bothering me too Honestly, during my first surgery, I thought double-eyelid surgery was easy, so I looked into clinics pretty casually and decided on the surgery. But this time, I felt more cautious, so I went to a lot of consultations and compared the line, surgical method, reviews, and everything before deciding. The reason I chose this clinic was because the director specializes in eye surgery, and the line he designed for me during the consultation looked the most natural and closest to the look I wanted. I also liked that he wasn’t the type to make the line excessive, and that he explained things according to my eye structure. I had revision natural-adhesion double-eyelid surgery together with non-incisional ptosis correction. I wanted my eyes to look more open and bigger, so I told him I also wanted canthoplasty, but he said I didn’t necessarily need it..? He said that in my current condition, revision eye surgery and ptosis correction alone would be enough to improve things, and that adding canthoplasty could actually make it look unnatural, so I listened to that and went ahead as he recommended... On the day of surgery, I wasn’t as nervous as I expected, and even afterward, the pain wasn’t severe. I barely had any bruising, and the swelling wasn’t the type to get extremely bad either! Compared with my first surgery, it felt similar or a little less swollen, and maybe because it was non-incisional, recovery was fairly comfortable too. Daily life wasn’t particularly uncomfortable either! At first, of course there was some swelling, but the line itself looked cleanly set, and as time passed it gradually became more natural. Now it has almost completely settled, and when I wear makeup my eyes look much clearer, and with contact lenses the overall vibe comes alive even more The part I’m most satisfied with is that the stuffy look is definitely gone and my eyes look opened up!!! Even though I didn’t have canthoplasty, my eyes still have that more open, refreshed look, and because the improvement is natural without looking excessive, some people around me even think I had canthoplasty too.. Overall, rather than looking like a dramatically obvious change, it feels like the lacking parts of my original eyes were refined and made clearer, so I’m very satisfied. I think it would suit people who want a natural improvement~!
