I was looking into consultations for removal, but in the end, the overall conclusion I got was that my upturned nasal tip needs to be lowered, sob I’ve narrowed it down to two places, and the difference is: 1. They’ll lower it using only ear cartilage 2. They’ll lower it using ear cartilage + septal cartilage Something like that. For my first surgery, I only used ear cartilage, you know. I’ve never used septal cartilage, so I don’t know what it would be like Some people here say they regret it, so I’m a bit torn.. Could I possibly get some advice on which one might be better..
