I had been thinking about nose surgery for a while, but I was worried it might look somehow unnatural or too flashy But someone I know had it done at a clinic and it turned out just naturally and really well, so I got a recommendation and went for a consultation.. The director didn’t push anything excessive at all, and after the CT scan, he explained in detail, one by one, what materials would suit me well and what the pros and cons were... Somehow, with someone like that, I felt like I could trust him with my nose too lol, so I think that made me decide more firmly to have the surgery... My previous nose was very flat and lacked definition, so for the nasal tip, I used autologous costal cartilage together with septal cartilage, and I also used a custom implant for the nose surgery. It came out just as I wanted, natural and defined, so I’m really satisfied I think if you get nose surgery from a director with a good aesthetic sense, it can come out harmonious without looking unnatural,, If any of you are considering nose surgery, I really, really recommend Director Kim Ji-hoon too:)!
