When I smile, something like a lump of flesh protrudes around the cheekbone/front cheek area like that, and around my jaw too, because of flesh, bone? or thick skin, my face looks so awkward and uneven that I can’t stand looking at it. Also, when I smile, my skin feels hard and thick, and it feels like the muscles are firmly blocking things. What should I do to improve this a bit? My body is on the thin side, but only my face is thick like that.
