The amount I was quoted changed a lot, and the consultation was conducted only with the manager, without the director. I didn’t get to see the director at all, so I can’t judge how kind they are. The consultation kept turning into comments like I’d get a boyfriend and dating-related conclusions, and I didn’t know what I was supposed to take from that. Even over the phone, I kept asking how price changes work, but on KakaoTalk they only said they had to see me in person during the consultation. When they actually saw me, the price jumped 4 times higher,, Then they said it would become half price if an event discount was applied, but when I still felt burdened by the price, they said they would inform me of another discount again, and that made me trust them less. I also didn’t know which director would be in charge of the surgery, so I didn’t feel I could go through with it and just left. What I felt after the consultation was that this hospital only has a big building and high prices, but on the inside it felt like a factory-style clinic.
