I wanted no implant because I pursue my own natural beauty. The explanation was fairly detailed, but they mentioned the option of inserting 2-3 mm of silicone if I wanted to look prettier. They explained that they would first use as much septal cartilage as possible, and if that was insufficient, donor costal cartilage + ear cartilage could be used. There were quite a lot of patients waiting, and there seemed to be many foreign patients as well. They did not charge a consultation fee, and there was no pressure to place a deposit. However, there was room left as if I should decide whether to use silicone on the day of surgery, and there were many options, so I had a lot to think about. They were kind, but no CT scan was taken, and the explanation was not that detailed. I think it was probably because they had many surgical patients, but those points did not give me certainty, which was disappointing.
