I visit often for hair removal Botox. Since it’s a factory-style clinic, I don’t expect exceptional service or overly friendly service. My top priorities are quick booking, quick procedures, staying at the clinic for as short a time as possible, and not having long consultations I don’t want, and I’m satisfied. Even if I book by message right before visiting, appointments are always available, and most procedures can be done after a short wait within 20 minutes, which is nice. I also like that the managers don’t say unnecessary things or try to upsell. People with needs similar to mine will probably be satisfied if they visit.
