They only mentioned that this kind of package was available, and there was no pressure. Since I was only getting Botox and a contour injection, I didn't really have a consultation. There were quite a few reviews saying they were unfriendly, so I was worried, but everyone was kind. I also liked that they explained the precautions in great detail. Since it was a contour injection and Botox set, the value for money was decent, and they were kind, so I think I'll keep going there from now on!
