I was dissatisfied with my double eyelid line, so while looking for a revision surgery clinic, I read procedure reviews, and most of the reviews I liked were from Top Tier Plastic Surgery. I contacted them right away to schedule a consultation, and because my eyes looked a bit sleepy, they recommended ptosis correction. They also recommended fat grafting to the upper eyelids, so since I was already having surgery, I went ahead with everything. I wanted a line that stretched long and straight horizontally, but they said it would be difficult because of my brow bone structure, and that they would extend it as much as possible. As the swelling went down, just as they said, the end of the line is a little disappointing because of my bone structure. Still, I’m glad I had ptosis correction because it takes less effort to open my eyes, and the line became a bit larger, so my eyes look a little bigger too. Even though it was an incisional procedure, it actually looks more natural than before surgery, so I like it much more
