I had a hump on my nose, so my side profile looked uneven, and my nasal tip drooped straight downward, giving my nose a droopy, whining-character-like shape. I did seem to have somewhat of a nasal bridge, but my bulbous nose was severe from the front, making the nose itself look large and blunt, which did not look pretty, so I went ahead with surgery at AㅇB. During the consultation, Director Ahn explained that if he naturally refined the hump, created an elegant yet natural nasal line, and firmly supported the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, I could get closer overall to the kind of nose I wanted. I think I decided quickly because he did not simply look at height, but analyzed everything including the CT scan and carefully explained even the materials. It has been about 2 months now, and I had a nasal bridge implant, hump correction, bulbous nose correction, and autologous costal cartilage used for the nasal tip. Now that I definitely have a nasal bridge and nasal tip, my nose looks slimmer from the front and side, and I am realizing, so this is what a nasal bridge without a hump feels like. I am even more satisfied because I feel like my nose really suits the phrase elegant yet natural. I had heard that bulbous nose correction is the hardest, but the bulbousness was corrected well too, so it almost feels like my nose was originally slim. The swelling went down faster than I expected, so I was able to return to daily life really quickly too! If you are worried about a hump nose or bulbous nose, try getting a consultation. They explained everything thoroughly, so I gained a lot from it too.
