Before surgery, I just had a hopeless nose with a hump and a crooked nasal bridge... I hated that my bridge was bumpy, and I also hated that it was wide. No matter how much I tried to create a nose with contouring, I couldn’t change my side profile, so I decided to get rhinoplasty! First, I used a custom implant, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and I also had osteotomy done during the surgery. After getting rhinoplasty at the clinic, I’ve heard so many people say my image has changed. Does it look that way to everyone here too? I heard that if rhinoplasty is done poorly, revision surgery is inevitable, so I researched and compared hospitals a lot before deciding. Right now, it has that exact refined-but-natural feel and looks high and defined, but I don’t think it looks too pointy like Pinocchio. I’m curious whether even someone who doesn’t know me at all would think my nose looks pretty! It’s been about 8 months since my rhinoplasty, and sensation has completely returned all the way to the nasal tip. So far, I haven’t had any nasal tip drooping or shape changes either. This is around the time when I can feel reassured now, right? For now, I like the shape of my nose, so I think I take way more photos after getting rhinoplasty haha
