When I had my nose surgery before, it was also during COVID, and honestly I think I made the decision because I was swayed a lot by the price and recommendations from people around me. At that time, my desire to get it done quickly was stronger, so looking back now, the biggest regret is that I didn’t look deeply into whether it was really the right direction for me.. So from the start, my mindset for the revision surgery was completely different, and this time I didn’t just look at reviews. I importantly compared why revision surgery was needed and what method would suit me!! What bothered me the most was the bulbous nose feeling and the impression that my nose looked wide, but this time, rather than simply increasing the height, I wanted to readjust the overall balance. I had revision rhinoplasty using costal cartilage with Director Kim Dae-hwa at ID Hospital, and actually, because it was a revision surgery, I was even more nervous before the surgery than I had been for my first surgery..? This time, I felt like I went into it understanding the condition of my nose much better than before, so my mindset was different. It has now been 1 month since my revision rhinoplasty, and what I’m most satisfied with is that the stuffy-looking bulbous nose impression has been refined!! Maybe because alar reduction was done together too, it looks much less spread out from the front, and the overall line has become even cleaner. I’m leaving this 1-month review after revision rhinoplasty, and for those thinking about revision rhinoplasty, I hope you compare much more carefully than you did for your first surgery before deciding..!

I reduced them by about 3–4 mm, and the scars are fine, so I’m satisfied. After reducing them, the director checks once and asks whether you want to reduce them more. They’re kind.
