Has anyone removed only a straight silicone implant from the bridge of the nose?

About 16-17 years ago, I had a straight silicone implant placed only in the bridge of my nose, and I didn’t touch the nasal tip at all. I don’t really have any side effects, but as I’m getting older, I just want to take it out I’ve been going around for hospital consultations, and at the first place I went to, they took a CT and consulted with me. Looking at the CT image, the silicone was inserted crookedly... They said it was pressing on the nasal tip, so if I remove only the silicone, the slight crookedness of the nasal tip may become more visible... And even though I didn’t touch the nasal tip, because the bridge has been pressed down by silicone for such a long time, there may be a step-off between the nasal tip and the bridge, so if I remove the silicone, it could look awkward like a Pinocchio nose... So they said I would need nasal tip refinement and nasal bone trimming? together......... When I had the silicone put in, I didn’t even have a hump, so I didn’t have any nasal bone trimming or shaving or anything like that...... Does the shape of the nasal bridge change if silicone has been in for a long time??? While listening to this, my mind went blank and I felt stunned. The other two places: one is one of the top three, and the other is just a well-known place that gets mentioned from time to time. Both places only did palpation during consultation, and they said it’s a very simple surgery and that since the silicone is only in the nasal bridge, it can be removed through a closed approach. When I told them that I had taken a CT and what I’d heard at another hospital, one of the top three places said, when looking with the naked eye, is the nasal tip crooked? Is the nose crooked? If it doesn’t look crooked to the eye, then it isn’t crooked and there’s no issue with the shape. They said, is it more accurate to look at yourself through shadows, or is it more important to look directly with your eyes..... It’s not contracture, and I’m not doing anything more, just simple removal, so I had been thinking simply that I’d have surgery at the place with the most reasonable price and schedule that works best..... But hearing that at the first consultation made me so worried and flustered, and now I think I need to book more consultations and go around more For those who removed a straight silicone implant from the nasal bridge, after all the swelling went down, was the step-off between the nasal tip and bridge okay...?? And does it return somewhat to the shape of your natural nose... Please share your experiences Also, if the nasal bone is trimmed when removing bridge silicone, wouldn’t the bridge become lower than the original natural nose??? And if nasal bone trimming and nasal tip refinement are added, it seems like recovery would take longer and swelling would be worse than with simple silicone removal.. They said nasal tip refinement uses septal cartilage? material from inside my nose, so there’s nothing to worry about and I don’t need to worry about side effects at all... But that nasal tip refinement is still ultimately something artificial, so even if it’s not a side effect, I’m worried it might cause discomfort in daily life, like the nasal tip becoming hard or something.. I have so many unnecessary worries. So I looked it up, and in hospital promotional posts about nose implant removal, I often see phrases saying they do nasal tip refinement together, so I’m also wondering whether nasal tip refinement is really necessary.. Please tell me the experiences of people who removed a straight silicone implant from the nose!!
