My nasal bridge was very low and my nasal tip was drooping, so I had surgery without an implant at Dalvi Plastic Surgery. It’s only been about 2 weeks now, so there is still swelling. Please keep that in mind when looking. My original nose was low and my nostrils/alar base were also wide, so my overall impression looked too plain. This time, I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage. I thought an extremely flashy look wouldn’t suit me, and I think the director shaped it well in as natural-glam a style as possible, matching the image I wanted and my conditions. If the nasal tip is too pointy, it looks obvious and isn’t pretty, but my nasal tip is rounded and feminine, so I like it haha. Since I had surgery without silicone, I don’t have to worry later about the silicone showing through or bending, and because the autologous costal cartilage was fixed in 4 layers during surgery, I think I can worry less about the nasal tip drooping too haha. I finally said goodbye to my ugly bulbous nose.. I’m happy
