Day 12 review after male rhinoplasty (after splint removal)After taking the splint off, I can finally see the shape of my nose properly, so I feel much more relieved.At first, I was worried that the line might look slightly unnatural because of the swelling, but once the splint was actually removed, it turned out much more natural than I expected, so I felt reassured.It’s not that all the swelling has completely gone down yet, so especially in the morning, the nasal tip still feels a little swollen, but I can see it gradually going down over time, so it doesn’t bother me much. The overall line feels more refined than it did on day 11, and the side profile is also gradually settling into my face without looking excessive.More than anything, the stuffy feeling is gone, so breathing has become much more comfortable, and daily life has definitely become easier.It’s still a period when I need to be careful, so I’m avoiding touching it strongly as much as possible.It will take more time for it to fully settle, but I’m quite satisfied with the progress so far, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it changes as more swelling goes down.
