The staff guided me kindly, and when I consulted with the director or the consultant, they didn’t recommend or pressure me into various things, so I was able to talk about my concerns somewhat comfortably. I think the consultant explained even the detailed parts well. I had my consultation with Director Song Jin-woo, and I really liked that the director was more specific and professional. When I asked questions, he answered right away and also explained his opinions in detail, which was good. Overall, it felt like a hospital that helped set a realistic direction without unnecessary recommendations. I felt that their style was to perform surgery safely, and because I was anxious and worried, the director clearly answered the parts I asked about, which was relieving. The recommended materials also didn’t feel burdensome, so I think I had a good consultation before leaving. Since it’s a specialized hospital, it didn’t feel factory-like either, which was good. Based only on the consultation, it’s a hospital I could recommend people around me to go consult at.
