I had a low nose + bulbous nose + short nose, so I raised the bridge and lowered the nasal tip to make my nostrils show less, but my midface looks way too long If I look only at the shape of my nose itself, it’s several times better than before, but I guess it doesn’t suit my face I’m seriously spiraling so hard On top of that, my younger siblings said I look like Tung Tung Tung Sahur, so I looked it up wondering what that was, and it really was exactly that face I’m so sad Since it hasn’t been that long since the surgery, I wonder if it looks even more like this because of swelling My nose really got so long that my midface became a long-face area What should I even do in this case I want to stop touching my face now I hate this so much Does the nose ever get shorter as the swelling goes down? Since they lowered my columella and I also have columellar swelling, I feel like I’ve become a total long long long nose If anyone here has the same concern as me, please give me some advice And if I were to remove the nasal silicone implant, how many months after surgery should it be removed, and about how much would it cost? Please let me know
