My eyes aren’t exactly small, but my overall impression looked a bit stuffy, and when I took photos my eyes looked blank, so I was incredibly stressed about it. A friend recommended Hani Plastic Surgery Clinic, so after thinking about it, I made an appointment just to at least get a consultation.
When I went for the consultation, Director Choi Jeong-hoon explained the direction that would suit my eye shape. He said it would be better to make the horizontal length of my eyes look longer naturally, rather than widening them excessively. He told me that surgery should be done without overdoing it for the result to look natural, and after hearing that, I actually trusted him even more and decided right away.
The surgery was over much faster than I expected, and when I looked in the mirror afterward, I was surprised because there was almost no bruising. There was swelling, but even in that state I liked the line, so after the director told me the precautions I needed to follow after surgery, I listened and went straight home haha
I went to have the stitches removed, and the director personally checked everything and said it had turned out well, so I felt relieved.
It had only been a week, but there was no bruising and the swelling went down much faster than I expected, so I felt like if I hadn’t told people around me, no one would have noticed haha. It’s been about a month now, and all the swelling has gone down. It’s fascinating how just a slight change in the length of my eyes makes my overall impression look different. These days I hear a lot that my eyes look more open and refreshed, and photos come out really well too 😆
I’m so satisfied now that I feel like the time I spent worrying was a waste! If you’re hesitating because of concerns similar to mine, I highly recommend it! I don’t regret it.
