Anyone with a short, upturned nose? I brought my review

If you look at my pre-op photos, you’ll be able to see that my nose was really short and upturned. It had been a lifelong homework assignment for me (nose surgery), and the nose that stressed me out has finally escaped from being a night-tea nose!! At every place I went to for consultations, the directors all said the same thing: lowering the columella. That’s how much of a mess my nasolabial angle was.. While looking into nose surgery, honestly, I had never seen anyone whose nose was more upturned and naturally shorter than mine, so I was really nervous before surgery. I mainly looked into correcting a bulbous nose and the nasolabial angle and went around for consultations, but even for a first nose surgery, a lot of places quoted high prices. Has the overall cost gone up.. or did I just happen to visit a few places like that..? Anyway, I checked for reasonable pricing / places with as many review cases similar to mine as possible / whether the director was stubborn or not (I had pretty clear preferences, so if someone seemed rigid, I immediately removed them from my list), and then got the surgery. As someone who lived my whole life with an upturned nose, it was fascinating that I could breathe air from a slightly lower direction now. I had 3 mm silicone inserted, and for the nasal tip, they used septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage. They had said donated costal cartilage would be used during surgery if my septal cartilage was insufficient, and I guess it was insufficient. But it was fine because they had explained it to me beforehand. For about two days after surgery, I had to breathe through my mouth so much that I wondered, “Am I going to stop breathing in my sleep?” (exaggeration ^^) But what other surgery lets you put on makeup and go out in 2 weeks!! If you want to get pretty easily, you should get procedures instead.. right??? I actually put on makeup and went out to hang out as soon as all my stitches were removed. I couldn’t drink alcohol, but it felt like being unsealed, so I roamed around downtown with my new nose lol My friends also kept saying I had a glow-up after surgery, and my mom praised me too, saying it was good that I did it. But when my mom praised me, I felt kind of strange.. 1. Wow, I really do look prettier after surgery… a feeling of betrayal 2. Mom.. why is the after-service self-service? lolololololololololololololol Honestly, if it had turned out badly, I wasn’t going to write a review, but the result is so fascinating.. and I’m extremely satisfied beyond my expectations, so I’m posting it
